Scheduling appointments

To schedule an appointment please CALL our office at (603) 456-8294 . At this time, this is the only way we are able to schedule appointments.

 

New Patient appointments

All new patient intake appointments will be done with Kristen via telemedicine. This appointment can be accessed via a link sent to your email and opened with your laptop, ipad, tablet, or smartphone.

 

Your acupuncture treatment with Kristen will be booked when you schedule your new patient intake. The acupuncture treatment will take place on a date after your telemedicine intake. 

 

We appreciate your understanding, as our guidelines stress the use of telemedicine for new patient intakes.

 

COVID-19 Guidelines

To put your minds at ease, our office is in full CDC compliance for the COVID-19 guidelines. The following changes will be implemented per the current re-opening guidelines: 

 

  • 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a phone call to screen for symptoms consistent with COVID-19, recent travel, and exposure to people with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. If you have any of the following symptoms you will be referred to your PCP and your appointment will be re-scheduled: 

 

  • New cough

  • New shortness of breath

  • New fever, or feel feverish

  • New chills, or repeated shaking with chills

  • New fatigue

  • New sore throat

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • New nasal congestion

  • New muscle aches that are not caused by specific activity such as exercise

  • New diarrhea (not attributed to another health condition)

 

  • Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, anyone accompanying you must wait outside, practice social distancing or stay in their vehicle. If a minor is being treated, one adult is permitted in the treatment room with the minor. 

 

  • The day of your appointment, please CALL our office after parking in our lot. Front desk staff will let you know when you are able to come up to our office. Please do not come up to our office before speaking to front desk staff. Please do not text our office.

 

  • Everyone is required to wear a mask PRIOR to entering our office. If you have a mask, you are more than welcome to wear it. Cloth masks are permitted. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. The face mask cannot be removed while in our office. 

 

  • Once entering the office, we will ask that you sanitize your hands with the hand sanitizer provided by our office.

 

  • Once entering the office, your temperature will be taken using a touch-less thermometer.

 

Private Room Follow-Up Appointments:

  • The private room is still available to book, there are no changes in the private room.

 

  • Before and after every treatment, the treatment area will be cleaned with an EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant.

 

Community Room Follow-Up Appointments: 

  • 3 zero-gravity recliners are available in the community room. The chairs are more than 6 feet apart and separated with room dividers. 

 

  • Before and after every treatment, the treatment area will be cleaned with an EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant.

 

Payment and Treatment Rates

  • All payment is due at time of service. We offer contactless payment options and accept credit cards, check, or cash.

 

  • Due to the various procedural changes, equipment and supplies needed in order to adhere to the re-opening guidelines, all treatment prices have increased $10. Please click here for our updated rates list.
